How does it work ?
Before Booking
If you're interested in booking our services, please send us an inquiry to check availability. We'll get back to you within two business days to let you know if we have availability.
Before we start working together, we like to have a phone call with our clients to discuss which special moments they want to capture, as well as colors and composition. Once we've discussed everything, you can secure your date by paying a $ 200 deposit and signing a contract.
We believe that open communication and a clear understanding of our client's needs are key to delivering the best possible service, so we look forward to hearing from you soon.
During the wedding
Before the guests arrive at the event, Artist will make sure to arrive early to start setting up and painting the background. Once the desired scene for the painting, whether it is their first kiss or the ceremony itself, we will take photos to ensure the details of the wedding.
Toward the end of the night, the painting will be mostly complete but needs more detail and polish that Artist can add at the studio.
Finished Painting
It will take us a maximum of two weeks to add the necessary details to the painting. Before we proceed with the finishing touches, we will ensure that you approve of it. Then we will add a final varnish to the painting and it will be ready for pick up or we could deliver it for an additional charge.
